501(c)(3) Purpose
This Corporation is organized and operated as a public charity, exclusively for, charitable and educational purposes within the meaning of section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as it now exists or as hereafter amended, including within such purposes, to receive, administer and disburse funds for tax exempt charitable purposes as set forth in section 501(c) (3) of the Internal Revenue Code.
